Position: Customer Support Representative   Financial Services

A leading financial services organization is seeking customer-focused professionals for a contract-to-hire opportunity supporting consumer lending operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career with a Fortune 100 company while assisting customers with a variety of lending-related products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues through phone and other communication channels.
  • Research account information and navigate multiple computer systems to provide accurate solutions.
  • Adhere to established procedures, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
  • Escalate complex situations when appropriate and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail while meeting performance metrics.
Qualifications
  • 6+ months of customer service, contact center, financial services, retail, hospitality, military, or related experience required.
  • Previous call center or financial services experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a metric-driven environment with performance goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to providing a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Basic proficiency with computers, internet applications, and technology.
Training & Schedule
  • Paid training is conducted onsite for approximately 8 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Following training, associates will be assigned to one of several schedules based on business need.
  • Operations run 24/7, and schedules may include early mornings, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Candidates must be open to any shift assignment.
