Position Title: Customer Service Representative - Bilingual
Location: Phoenix, AZ

Expected Duration: 2 Months
Job Type: Contract [FULL TIME (>=30 HRS WEEKLY)/PART TIME (< 30 HRS WEEKLY)], [CONTRACT/TEMP TO HIRE/PERM], [REMOTE/HYBRID/ON-SITE]
Pay Range: $14-$16/Hr
Requirements:
- This position is for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative.
- This position will answer and handle general information calls to the Client Board.
- Call types will include English and Spanish speakers inquiring about licensing, payments, website, compliance, and accounts.
- This position will also review and enter information into the board's database systems.
Skills Required:
- Must be able to speak Spanish and English fluently.
- Must type a minimum of 45 wpm.
- Effective critical thinking and reasoning skills. Knowledgeable in Google Suite.
- Able to communicate using proper English/Spanish to include proper sentence structure, grammar, and punctuation.
Experience
Required:
- Experience in a call center with time constraints and high call volumes.
Education Required:
- Minimum HS Diploma or Equivalent.
