** Pay:** $ 18.00/hour
** Role Overview*
* We are seeking customer-focused Call Center Representatives to support individuals with lawsuit and claims-related inquiries. This is a script-driven environment where you will assist callers by providing claim status updates, explaining the claims process, and answering questions regarding eligibility, deadlines, and required documentation.
** Key Responsibilities*
* + Answer inbound calls regarding lawsuits, settlements, and claims
+ Provide claim status updates and explain next steps in the process
+ Assist callers with questions about eligibility, deadlines, and required documents
+ Follow established scripts and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance
+ Document interactions and maintain accurate records
+ Handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
+ Deliver excellent customer service while managing a high volume of calls
** Qualifications*
* +
** 1 year minimum of recent call center experience required*
* + Strong communication and active listening skills
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, phone-based environment
+ Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
+ Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
+ Ability to follow scripts and procedures while maintaining a positive customer experience
** Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
