Call Center Specialist - South Phoenix

Vaco Arizona is hiring a Call Center Specialist for a top client located in South Phoenix. This is an onsite, contract-to-hire opportunity paying up to $19.50/hour, with strong potential for long-term growth and advancement within the company.

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner
• Assist customers with account inquiries, order updates, and general support
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the system
• Resolve customer concerns while providing excellent service
• Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to research and process requests
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently

• Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

Determining compensation for this role depends on factors such as the individual's skill set, experience, licensure, and location, among other considerations. As required by local law, the salary range for this position is reflected above, and the individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
