• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Uphold company values and maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, or Hub Spot).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Available to begin immediately

Salary/Compensation: $60,000 per year
