Responsibilities
- You're the first person every Phoenix homeowner talks to.
- Book calls, dispatch technicians, keep the schedule humming, and help customers feel heard.
- Answer inbound calls and convert them into booked appointments.
- Dispatch the right technician to the right call based on skill and location.
- Coordinate emergency calls and capacity overflows.
- Manage the Service Titan job board, status updates, and customer communications.
- Run a small handful of outbound calls (recall, membership renewal).
- Phone-friendly, customer-service-first mindset.
- Comfortable with multi-line phone systems and dispatch software.
- Strong written communication skills for SMS/email customer communications.
- Experience with Service Titan.
- Background in HVAC or plumbing industry.
