Your assistance will make a positive difference in the organization you support and help users navigate the website, reactivate accounts, provide passwords, and address inquiries about their payments.

The Role
You will support Expert Pay, a child support payment processing center that processes payments for all 50 U.S. states, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Your role includes assisting parents paying support, employers, and payroll service providers by guiding users through the website, reactivating accounts, sending passwords, and handling payment inquiries.
Preferred Skills/Experience- Good grammar and computer skills.
- Identifying customer needs, answering questions, or resolving problems.
- Providing customers with important information while communicating in a warm empathetic manner.
- Provides administrative support to the business operations by performing processing tasks.
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Internet at Home (25 MBPS).
- Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education.
- Must be able to submit to a pre‑employment screening.
- Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
