PLS Logistics Service is seeking an Overnight Customer Service Representative to be the face of our company at our Phoenix location. You will handle customer inquiries, educate on our products, process transactions, and help ensure compliance with policies.
Responsibilities include cash handling, maintaining a balanced cash drawer, using our POS system, and resolving complaints with professionalism. English fluency is required;
English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.
