Client Care Representative

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay Range: $20-$24/hour + performance incentives

Schedule: Monday-Friday, full-time

We're hiring a Customer Service Representative who takes pride in delivering a professional and positive experience with every interaction.

• Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails
• Schedule service appointments and support dispatch
• Make outbound calls to customers and maintenance members
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Assist with reporting and admin tasks
• Help keep the office organized and running smoothly

• 1+ year of customer service or admin experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and organization
• Positive, team-oriented attitude

• HVAC or trades experience
• Service Titan familiarity
