OverviewPosition Type Maricopa Ambulance Category Customer Service
DescriptionThe Client Services Specialist helps maintain and develop existing business with current clients, assists in bringing new clients on board, and acts as a liaison between partner organizations and Maricopa Ambulance. The Client Services Specialist will pursue new business opportunities through cultivation of work-related and interpersonal relationships, and help clients better understand the full potential of services offered while enhancing customer satisfaction.
Specific Duties- Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.
- Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client.
- Become the reliable point of contact for each customer, to establish strong business relationships with all clients.
- Attend meetings with clients and provide regular updates.
- Conduct business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with the services received.
- Monitor company performance against service level agreements and flag potential issues.
- Escalate and resolve areas of concern as raised by clients.
- Maintain positive working relationships with Maricopa Ambulance employees.
- Carry out all duties in conformance with Maricopa Ambulance policy.
- Perform other associated responsibilities and projects as assigned.
Reports To:
The Client Services Specialist works under the general guidance and direction of the Director of Marketing & Business Development.
Qualifications Specific Requirements- Possess a current, valid Arizona driver's license.
- Maintain a good driving record.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
- Previous relationship management experience and an organized approach to work.
- Previous experience working as a client relationship manager or a track record of managing client relationships.
- Dedicated loyalty to healthcare services and/or emergency medical services.
- Experience in relationship building, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
- Strong communication skills with all internal and external entities.
- Proven ability to prioritize workload effectively and efficiently.
- Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
Education and Experience:
- EMS experience and knowledge are preferred.
- A college degree is preferred.
- Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and ability is desirable.
