Customer Service​/ Inside Sales Specialist

Position Summary

Key Colour Synthesis is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service / Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This is an on-site position within a small manufacturing company specializing in specialty dyes and color solutions. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service, and supporting multiple departments.

• Answer and assist customers via phone and email.
• Enter and process customer orders accurately in our Net Suite ERP system.
• Provide order updates and communicate with customers regarding shipments and product availability.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Resolve customer questions and issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Support inside sales activities and help identify opportunities to better serve customers.
• Perform general administrative and customer support duties as needed.

• Previous customer service, inside sales, or order entry experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems;
  Net Suite experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, small-company environment.

$45,000 – $55,000 depending on experience
