Dispatcher, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

Howard Air, a family-owned HVAC contractor in Phoenix, is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate daily schedules for residential and light commercial service technicians. In this role, you'll manage incoming service calls, prioritize and dispatch jobs, optimize routes, and communicate clearly with customers and field teams. You'll update job statuses in our dispatch software, verify parts and job details, and support technicians with real-time information.
