Higharc is seeking a hands-on Customer Training Lead to own interactive customer training across virtual and in-person formats. You will report to the Director of Training and Support and collaborate with the Training Content Lead and internal SMEs to ensure customers get the most out of the Higharc platform.
You will deliver hands‑on sessions at builder offices, run virtual walkthroughs for distributed teams, and tailor materials for individual customers.
