Lucky Strike Entertainment in Phoenix seeks a Reservations Specialist to be the first voice guests hear when planning celebrations. You will own inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries, converting leads into confirmed birthday parties and small group events across our bowling and arcade locations.
You will manage the guest journey from first contact to event day, match guests to packages, follow up on online bookings, and help keep our calendar full.
