Lucky Strike Entertainment in Phoenix seeks a Reservations Specialist to be the first voice guests hear when planning celebrations. As part of our Call Center, you’ll own inbound inquiries for small groups and birthday parties, turning leads into confirmed events across our bowling and Boomers venues.
You’ll stay the point of contact from first call to event day, match guests to the right package, and follow up post-event to drive repeat bookings.
