Position: (USA) Member Specialist

Maintains area of responsibility by handling returns, zoning the area, organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages;
Provides member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing member receipts, acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, assisting with purchases and locating merchandise;
Maintains self-checkout area, resolves member issues, promotes Sam's Club products and services, provides guidance on self-service technology, processes member purchases, assists with payments, returns, refunds and exchanges according to policies;
Assists with securing and safeguarding assets by observing potential criminal activity, maintaining logs and documentation, executing emergency procedures, and ensuring safety practices;
Assists with training of Member Frontline Service associates on processes, procedures, new technology and program rollout, and continuous learning and process improvement.
