Piedmont Airlines, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Gate Agent in the Ground Handling Department for Phoenix. You will assist passengers with boarding, monitor boarding processes, and help passengers with special needs while coordinating seating and itinerary changes.
Successful Gate Agent training completion, ability to lift up to 70 pounds, and willingness to work all shifts including weekends are required to deliver high-energy, customer-focused service.
