Customer Service Rep (CSR

Gould Intelligent (an Arizona company) is seeking a Customer Service Rep (CSR) for a long term contract position. Work will be hybrid with onsite in downtown Phoenix, AZ. Pay is $18/hr.

Candidate will be providing customer service to taxpayers and assisting them with filing, refund issues, billing issues, and tax policies and procedures. Customers are assisted through live chat, office walk-ins, correspondence, phone calls, and emails. Candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent and basic office and computer skills. Must have either a strong customer service background or experience working with taxes.

Must be eligible to work on a W2 basis for any U.S. employer without sponsorship (no 3rd parties or corp to corp), currently reside in the Phoenix metro area, be able to start with 2 weeks’ notice, and be able to pass relevant background check.
