CPLC Corazón is a client-centered center with bilingual staff where all cultures are welcome and celebrated. We have been providing Substance Abuse treatment through our CARF Accredited Level II Residential Treatment Center since 1983. The 30- to 60-day structured treatment program incorporates best practices targeted to the clients enrolled in the program. CPLC Corazón features a range of substance abuse services, including group, individual, family, and couples therapy, in addition to nightly community 12-step support groups.
Our 65-bed, ADA compliant residential facility provides all meals, an on-site laundry facility free of charge, a basketball court, and a garden. We offer holistic health techniques including yoga, tai chi, chi gong, and sweat lodge.
You will provide administrative and operational support by answering telephones, processing progress notes pertaining to transportation, scheduling and confirming appointments. This role contributes to high-quality of care at Corazón, ensuring clients and visitors are welcomed, informed, and connected to the services they need.

Education/Background:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 6-12 months of experience as a receptionist, administrative support/customer service experience required.
- Experience working in a medical or behavioral setting preferred.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) required. Those assigned to provide services in Spanish and English must be able to speak, read, write, and understand both languages at a professional level to communicate Spanish-speaking clients and partners.
