Customer Service Representative

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Data Entry; prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Reviews open orders;
  Checks documents for accuracy
• Verify accuracy of data imputed into the database.
• Track documents received and completion dates.
• Back up files.
• Clerical duties including filing documents
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

Education and Experience:

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
