Customer Delight Associate Languages
- Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Bengali or Marathi (English and Hindi is Mandatory) Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via chat & voice support.
- Resolve issues related to orders, payments, refunds, and deliveries.
- Deliver quick, accurate, and empathetic customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow SOPs, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior customer support (chat/voice) or CRM experience is preferred.
