We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for a one-year temporary position in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This position assists customers with blueprint submittals for building projects and requires strong customer service and data entry skills.

Hours:

8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Pay: $20.00 per hour

Duties

• Assist customers at the counter with submitting blueprints for building projects
• Review and record information from submitted blueprints
• Enter blueprint and project information accurately into a database
• Provide friendly and professional customer service in a busy environment

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Accurate and detail-oriented data entry skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to learn new software and processes quickly
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Background check required
