Grand Canyon Education (GCE) seeks a Customer Support Specialist to assist Grand Canyon University students through GCE's IT department. Provide exemplary service over the phone and live chat, helping students resolve inquiries and overcome roadblocks in GCU systems.
Ideal candidates are enrolled full‑time students at GCU (Bachelor’s or Master’s), maintain the specified GPA, and are willing to work some nights and/or weekends.
