Job Summary
Bridge Port is seeking a highly organized Client Services Advisor to support advisors and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role coordinates client service activities, meetings, planning support, and operational processes while ensuring client needs are addressed promptly and accurately.
Key Deliverables and Responsibilities- Support advisors with day‑to‑day client service needs and team requests.
- Respond to client questions and connect clients with the right team member or resource.
- Help research client service issues and provide updates to advisors and clients.
- Schedule client meetings and help coordinate calendars.
- Prepare meeting materials and ensure advisors have what they need.
- Attend meetings when needed, take notes, summarize follow‑up items, and help keep tasks moving.
- Track client workflows, open items, and upcoming deadlines.
- Run reports from portfolio management and financial planning systems.
- Review client materials for accuracy, completeness, and overall quality.
- Help maintain procedures and keep recurring client service processes organized.
- 4+ years of financial services, client service, or advisory support experience.
- FINRA Series 65 license or combination of Series 66 and Series 7 licenses.
- Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering a high‑quality client experience.
- Excellent organizational, communication, administrative, and follow‑through skills.
- Proficiency with business systems and experience coordinating client meetings, preparing materials, managing follow‑up, and maintaining procedures.
Salary Range: $60,000 – $80,000 plus incentive compensation.
The salary range provided is a good faith estimate based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the company’s operational needs, and other factors permitted by law. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, skills, education, performance, internal equity, and geographic location.

Work EnvironmentThis role offers a hybrid schedule, requiring three days weekly in the office. Applicants should be located near one of our hubs and must be willing to work this schedule.
