Location: Phoenix, Arizona - Hybrid

• Responsible for providing customer service with filing assistance,education, refund issues/disputes, billing issues/disputes, and tax policies and procedures; complete research and necessary adjustments to resolve taxpayer account issues in all four tax types.
• Customers are assisted through Live Chat, Walk-in office, Correspondence, calls and various email boxes.

• The ideal candidate must have a strong customer service background.
• Required Skills:
  
  basic office and computer skills, past customer service experience or working with taxes

• This position is hybrid. The successful candidate will work 40 hours a week, M-F, 8-5pm.
• Hybrid Schedule - 3 days in office, 2 days remote depending on the job/project needs.
