Traffic ; Part-Time

We are seeking a Traffic Support Attendant responsible for assisting guests with parking operations at the Mortgage Matchup Center Garage, Jefferson Street Garage, and Chase Field Garage. The role focused on guest service, traffic flow, parking guidance, event support, and facility upkeep before, during, and after events.

• Assist guests entering parking facilities and direct them to available parking
• Provide customer service and answer parking-related questions
• Maintain cleanliness and order throughout assigned parking areas
• Remove trash and perform minor maintenance tasks as needed
• Assist with setup and breakdown of barricades for events and traffic control
• Follow safety procedures and facility policies
• Work with team members to resolve parking and traffic-related issues
• Support pre-event, event, and post-event operations
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required

• Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Stand for extended periods
• Walk long distances and climb stairs
• Frequently bend, move equipment, and lift up to 30 pounds
• Ability to work the entire duration of events
