We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to ensure exceptional customer service for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently.

• 1. Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes.
• 2. Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally.
• 3. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options.
• 4. Address guest concerns and resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• 5. Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
• 6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met.

• 1. High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2. Proven customer service experience in a hospitality setting is preferred.
• 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
• 5. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 6. Proficiency in using reservation and payment systems.

• 1. Ability to stand for extended periods.
• 2. Lift and carry luggage and other items as needed.
• 3. Moderate to fast-paced work environment requiring manual dexterity.
