Maricopa County Elections is seeking a Temporary Hotline Representative to support Poll Workers, Troubleshooters, and Curbside Voters during the election season in Phoenix, AZ.
As a Hotline Representative, you will take inbound calls, create detailed tickets, provide troubleshooting over the phone, order supplies, and dispatch help to Vote Centers as needed. Overtime may be required. A high school diploma or GED and a background check are required. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
