Dental Assistant (Part-Time)

At Soleterra, we aren't just a dental office; we are a patient-first practice. With 7 ops and a high-energy team of 2 dentists, 2 hygienists, and 3 front-office stars, we provide a supportive atmosphere where you can grow your skills while making a difference in our community.

    Enjoy your weekends!
    • Monday & Wednesday: 7:15 AM – 5:00 PM
    • Tuesday: 7:15 AM – 4:00 PM
    • Occasional Thursday coverage may be requested based on clinic needs and patient volume.

How You'll Make an Impact

As a Dental Assistant at Soleterra, you are the backbone of our clinical excellence. Your daily flow will include:

  • Clinical Support: Partnering with the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.
  • Sterilization Mastery: Preparing and sterilizing instruments to the highest safety standards.
  • Patient Advocacy: Ensuring our patients feel comfortable, informed, and at ease from the moment they sit in the chair.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Taking high-quality dental radiographs and maintaining meticulous patient records.
  • Team

    Collaboration:

    Supporting the front office and your clinical peers to keep the day running smoothly.
What We're Looking For
  • Certifications: You must be X-RAY Certified and hold a Dental Assistant Certification
    .
  • Experience: Previous dental assisting experience is preferred, but your attitude and work ethic are what matter most.
  • Personality: You are friendly, adaptable, and able to keep up with the rhythm of a busy practice.
