This role offers competitive compensation and access to state-of-the-art digital dentistry technologies, including CT imaging systems, enhancing diagnostic and treatment capabilities.
Duties and Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general dentistry to an established and growing patient base Perform standard and advanced endodontic procedures, such as root canals
Manage patient care with a focus on building long-term relationships based on trust and effective treatment planning
Collaborate with both clinical and operations teams to maintain a consistent and high-quality patient experience
Utilize advanced digital dentistry tools, including our in-house CT systems, to improve diagnostic and treatment accuracy
Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest dental practices and technologies
Requirements
Must hold an active Arizona dental license or be eligible and in the process of obtaining one Current DEA registration required
Should be comfortable performing root canals and molar endodontic procedures, or demonstrate a strong motivation to learn and master these skills
Proven ability to lead with diagnosis and emphasize patient education in treatment planning
Must be willing to engage regularly with digital dentistry tools and continuously integrate new technologies into your practice
Capacity to work both full-time and part-time, with a consistent weekday schedule that includes some Saturdays Possession of strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with a diverse patient base and staff
