Dental A Team is hiring an experienced Dental Practice Consultant to join our growing team. We seek professionals with a background in dental consulting, coaching or practice management who reside in Arizona.

An experienced Dental Practice Consultant will provide personalized consulting, coaching, and operational strategy both remotely and on‑site to drive growth and profitability for dental practices nationwide.

• Coach dentists to build better systems, teams, businesses, and lives
• Analyze practice management data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans
• Deliver personalized consulting services both remotely and on‑site, as needed
• Implement business strategies that promote growth and sustainability
• Mentor dental teams with constructive feedback and motivational support
• Stay current on trends, tools and best practices in dental consulting
• Manage multiple client accounts, prioritizing tasks and time effectively

• Proven experience as a Dental Business Consultant or Dental Practice Consultant
• Strong understanding of dental office processes, practice management, and market dynamics
• Exceptional communication, leadership development and interpersonal skills
• Innovative, adaptable and able to pivot on a dime
• Driven by personal and professional growth
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend conferences
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Strong leadership qualities and a team‑oriented spirit
• Must be located in Arizona, or willing to relocate
