Associate Dentists are responsible for providing dental services to patients with the support of their team. Our practice has Denta Pro software, digital x‑ray and panorex units, fiber‑optic handpieces. The staff ratio includes 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider. Patient base is primarily ages 3‑21 with up to 30% adult population, depending on location. Office flow averages 10‑12 operative patients and 20‑25 hygiene patients per day.
We provide state insurance plans, PPO, and out‑of‑network payor mix. This opportunity provides growth and development through mentoring and collaboration. You are expected to possess a DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program, a current and valid license in the states where you provide care or are eligible for licensure, and other certifications as required (CPR, DEA, nitrous oxide certification where applicable).
Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults is essential. Teamwork, mutual respect, and cooperation are highly valued.
The ideal candidate has a valid DDS or DMD, a current and valid license in the states where they will practice, and any required certifications (e.g., CPR, DEA, nitrous oxide). They are compassionate, desire to care for both children and adults, and actively contribute to a collaborative, respectful environment. They are comfortable supporting a team that includes a hygienist, hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants.
