Practice
Hours:
- Monday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Patients are our number one priority, and we always want to do what is best for them.
- Encourage efficient and office‑focused use of time and discussions.
- Drive team excellence by leading dynamic staff meetings, delivering impactful training that empowers your colleagues, and pioneering innovative problem‑solving strategies that elevate our entire practice.
- Collaborate with the doctor and other team leaders on resolving conflicts that affect daily operations.
- Support the overall goals and strategies, per the Annual Plan.
- Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
- Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
- Engage in the Spear Analytics Platform, Action Center, My Day, and Weekly/Monthly Reports to be accountable for the systems involved in the back‑office experience.
- Supervise and monitor lab work, sterilization, x‑ray protocols, chairside assisting, and new technology (Cerec, CBCT, etc.)
- Previous dental assisting experience required
- Leadership experience or a desire to grow into a leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail
- Positive attitude with a patient‑first approach
- Ability to mentor and support team members
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient care
