This is a full‑scope oral surgery role. The bulk of the work centers on:

• IV sedation and conscious sedation cases
• Surgical extractions, including impacted third molars
• Implants
• Complex extractions, alveoloplasty, and pre‑prosthetic surgery
• Pathology, biopsies, and the broader scope of OMFS within an outpatient setting

You bring the hands. We bring the patients, the staff, the instruments, the assistants, and the back‑office.

• DDS or DMD with strong surgical training and experience — think GPR/AEGD residency or documented chairside surgical volume (extractions, surgical extractions, bone grafting, and implant placement)
• Active Arizona dental license (or eligible and willing to obtain)
• Current DEA registration and Arizona sedation permit (or actively pursuing)
• Comfortable running a busy surgical schedule and leading a chairside team
• Patient‑first mindset — Risas serves a diverse, underserved community, and bedside manner matters here

General dentists who have built a surgical practice through residency or hands‑on experience are encouraged to apply.
