Dental Treatment Care Coordinator

Based in Phoenix, AZ, we are looking to hire a full-time or part-time Dental Treatment Care Coordinator to help patients plan for and receive the dentistry services they need.

It is a competitive hourly wage of $16-$21/hr plus monthly bonuses. The position comes with an attractive benefits package that includes medical, vision, dental, and life insurance, as well as paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, sick pay, and monthly bonus incentives.

As a Dental Treatment Care Coordinator, you will help patients make informed decisions about their treatment plans. You will:

• Enter patient information accurately into the database.
• Review and understand the dentist’s proposed treatment plans.
• Explain dental procedures and treatment options to patients.
• Break down financial costs clearly and tactfully.
• Assist patients in understanding insurance benefits and obtain prior authorizations when needed.
• File claims promptly and track authorization progress.
• Collect patient co‑pays and post transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.

The position can be full-time or part-time. The duties are performed during an 8‑hour shift between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m.
