United Dental Corporation is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join its On Pointe Dentistry practice on Thunderbird Road in North Phoenix. On Pointe is an established, 8-operatory practice with an excellent practice team, strong clinical infrastructure and modern technology, including CBCT and iTero, to support a broad scope of dentistry.

We are looking for a strong clinician who wants clinical autonomy, a broad clinical scope and the opportunity to build a substantial patient base within a well-supported practice.

The Opportunity

This is a growth-focused opportunity for a dentist who wants more than a limited bread-and-butter GP role.

On Pointe has the capacity, equipment and team to support comprehensive dentistry and keep more treatment in-house, including:

  • Implant placement and restoration
  • Invisalign®
  • Crown & bridge
  • Cosmetic dentistry
  • Endodontics
  • Oral surgery
  • Removable prosthetics
  • Comprehensive restorative dentistry
  • Full-mouth rehabilitation

The practice offers:

  • 8 fully equipped operatories
  • iTero digital scanning
  • Modern clinical technology
  • Excellent and experienced practice staff
  • Established patient base
  • Strong hygiene and administrative support
  • Significant capacity for continued growth

Clinical Autonomy + Strong Infrastructure

We want the dentist at On Pointe to own the clinical relationship with the patient: diagnose comprehensively, educate patients, develop appropriate treatment plans and perform the dentistry they are trained and comfortable performing. United Dental Corporation provides the infrastructure around the provider such as staffing, technology, systems, marketing, patient acquisition and administrative support, while the dentist retains clinical decision-making responsibility.

For a strong-performing dentist with a broad clinical skill set, On Pointe offers the opportunity to build meaningful clinical volume, patient relationships and long-term earning potential.

Twelve Month Guarantee

We recognize that building a practice takes time. The position includes a twelve month compensation guarantee, paid semi-monthly, providing income stability while the dentist ramps into the practice and develops their patient base. The opportunity beyond the guarantee is designed to reward strong clinical performance and practice growth.

What We're Looking For

  • Interest in building and growing a full-time practice
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active Arizona dental license
  • DEA registration or ability to obtain
  • Strong comprehensive diagnosis and treatment-planning skills
  • Strong patient communication and case-presentation skills
  • Commitment to high-quality patient care

A broad clinical skill set is a major advantage, but we are also interested in strong general dentists who want to continue expanding their capabilities.

  • Implant Restorations
  • Implant Placement
  • Invisalign® Treatment
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active Dental License in Arizona
  • DEA Registration (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong communication and patient education skills
  • Commitment to quality patient care
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Invisalign® Certification
  • Implant Restoration Experience
Preferred

  • Cosmetic dentistry experience
  • Endodontic experience

  • Medical Insurance
  • Dental Insurance
  • Vision Insurance
  • 401(k) with 4% Employer Match
  • Malpractice Insurance
  • Continuing Education Support

Insurance benefits begin the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment. Other benefit eligibility and waiting periods may apply.
