We are looking for a friendly, organized and motivated Dental Office Manager to join our growing practice in Phoenix, AZ!

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can create an exceptional patient experience while ensuring smooth daily office operations.

• Full-time
• Monday/Thursday: 7 AM - 4 PM
• Tuesday/Wednesday: 9 AM - 6 PM
• Friday: 8 AM - 1 PM

• Previous dental front office experience is required; management or leadership experience is preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is required
• Strong understanding of dental insurance verification, accounts receivable, sending claims, and billing
• Proficient in Dentrix
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proper phone etiquette
• Positive attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
