Overview
We are looking to welcome an upbeat, personable front office / dental receptionist to join our friendly dental team. The candidate should have basic knowledge of dentistry and insurance verification, be able to check in/out patients, be familiar with scheduling patients, and understand basic patient care and office flow. This is a reception position requiring a welcoming attitude, upbeat energy, and a professional demeanor.
Responsibilities- Verify patient insurance and eligibility where applicable
- Check patients in and out with accuracy and efficiency
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Provide basic patient care support and ensure smooth office flow
- Maintain a welcoming, professional front desk environment
- Basic knowledge of dentistry
- Basic knowledge of insurance verification
- Experience with front desk reception in a dental setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
- Bonus based on office performance
