Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Mon & Wed 7:15 AM – 5:00 PM | Tue & Thu 7:15 AM – 4:00 PM (No Fridays or Weekends!)
Compensation: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour (DOE) +

As our dedicated Dental Assistant, you'll work alongside 2 Doctors, 2 Hygienists, 2 Front Desk Specialists, 1 Sterilization Tech, and a supportive clinical team where every voice matters.
What You'll DoAs our Dental Assistant, you will be the heart of our chairside clinical care-ensuring efficient treatment workflows and providing a comfortable, reassuring experience for our patients.
Chairside Assisting: Assist doctors during exams, restorative fillings, crowns, extractions, and specialty procedures.
Clinical Digital Scanning: Perform digital 3D scans for crowns, bridges, partials, and dentures.
X-Rays & Imaging: Capture high-quality dental X-rays and intraoral photographs.
Operatory & Instrument Care: Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize and disinfect instruments, and strictly maintain OSHA and infection-control standards.
Patient Engagement: Warmly greet patients, update medical histories, guide them through treatment plans, and provide clear pre- and post-op care instructions.
Administrative & Team Support: Record accurate treatment notes and billing codes in our practice management software, monitor inventory, order supplies, and assist the front desk with phone calls or check-ins when needed.
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Training &
Certifications:Graduation from an accredited Dental Assisting program (or equivalent hands-on experience).
Current Dental Assistant Registration/Certification.
Active Arizona X-Ray / Radiography Certification.
Active CPR / BLS Certification.
Technical
Skills:
Knowledge of dental terminology, clinical instruments, digital radiography, intraoral scanning, and OSHA/HIPAA compliance.Soft Skills & Mindset: An eager, motivated, and fast learner with a warm, empathetic patient manner. Dependable, punctual, and excited to be a true team player!
Competitive Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 / hour depending on experience + Monthly Team Performance Bonus Potential.
