Dental Hygienist — $55–$60 per Hour + Uncapped Bonus

We are hiring a Dental Hygienist to join our Laveen team. If you are passionate about preventive care, patient education, and building lasting relationships with patients, we would love to meet you.

$55–$60 per hour, plus an uncapped production bonus plan

Compensation includes a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to earn additional income through an uncapped bonus plan.

• Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal dental-hygiene services
• Assess patients’ oral health and communicate clinical findings
• Educate patients about oral health, preventive care, and recommended treatment
• Partner with dentists and clinical teammates to deliver an exceptional patient experience
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Follow all applicable infection-control, safety, and regulatory standards

• Graduate of an accredited dental-hygiene program
• Current Arizona dental-hygiene license, or the ability to obtain one before beginning employment
