About the Opportunity Smile Fitness Dental Center is looking for a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our established Phoenix practice. This is a four-day-per-week position, Monday through Thursday, in a PPO and fee-for-service environment.
We're looking for a hygienist who values patient education, preventative care, and building long-term relationships with patients while working collaboratively with the doctor and clinical team.
Provide comprehensive preventative and periodontal hygiene care
Complete periodontal charting and assess patients' periodontal health
Educate patients on oral health, home care, and recommended treatment
Collaborate closely with doctors, dental assistants, and the front office team
Active Arizona Dental Hygienist license in good standing
Strong periodontal assessment and clinical hygiene skills
Schedule This is a full-time, four-day-per-week position. The practice is open Monday through Thursday, providing a consistent schedule with three-day weekends.
