Architectural Project Manager

SEG International – a multidisciplinary civil engineering and design firm with an in‑house architecture team – is looking for an Architectural Project Manager to lead commercial and mixed‑use projects from concept through construction. This full‑time role offers the opportunity to work alongside engineers, planners, and project managers while advancing SEG’s integrated approach to land development and the built environment.

• Manage small to medium‑sized architectural projects from design to construction administration.
• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication on design, budget, and schedule.
• Direct project teams and collaborate across disciplines including engineering, planning, and permitting.
• Oversee project budgets, proposals, contracts, and schedules.
• Review and manage construction drawings and detailing for quality and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to zoning, ADA, building codes, and regulatory standards.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
• Licensure:
  Registered Architect in Arizona; NCARB registration preferred.
• Experience:
  
  10+ years in architectural project management, focusing on commercial, retail, restaurant, fuel centre, and mixed‑use projects.
• Technical skills:
  Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and project‑management software.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, entitlement processes, and building codes.
• Excellent client management, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to solve complex architectural‑design and construction problems and advise senior management of any issues that affect program goals, budget or timeline.
• Strong client‑management and interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, problem‑solving, decision‑making, time‑management, and organisational skills.
