Job Overview

Responsibilities- Collect and evaluate operating data to conduct online equipment adjustment and ensure process optimization.
- Run lots efficiently and qualitatively; manage preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, spares and sustaining.
- Improve processes, troubleshoot nonstandard events, and review technological health and stability.
- Participate in safety forums and the Emergency Response Team as required.
- Handle work of varying complexity, from narrowly defined tasks to highly complex assignments.
- Follow general instructions for routine work and seek detailed guidance for new tasks.
- Adaptability and Judgment: Navigate tasks of varying complexity, applying limited judgment to routine assignments while exercising broader judgment and innovative thinking for complex, nonstandard projects.
- Responsiveness to Guidance and Independence: Balance following general instructions for routine work with seeking detailed guidance for new tasks, while working independently within broadly defined parameters.
Employees working in Shift 6 start their shift at 6:00 PM and finish at 6:18 AM. Alternating Work Weeks: 3‑Day Work Week and 4‑Day Work Week.
QualificationsMinimum Requirements
- STEM Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics certification, associate's degree with 1+ years of experience; OR Bachelor's degree in STEM; OR 6+ years of related experience in manufacturing or military.
- 6+ months of experience in electronics equipment troubleshooting, installation, repair, and operation of semiconductor manufacturing technology.
- ERT training and certification.

SalaryAnnual Salary Range: $60,450.00 – $85,340.00 USD (Hourly Role). The range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations, with individual pay determined by location and other factors.
