Salary: $75,, depending on experience

I’m Kim Komando, and I’ve spent over 25 years building the nation’s largest digital lifestyle brand. Now, I’m looking for my right hand to help me launch a massive new line of interactive webinars and podcasts.

This isn’t a corporate desk job.

You’ll be reporting directly to me at our 27,500-square-foot state-of-the-art multimedia facility in Phoenix. We work hard, we move fast, and we have a blast doing it.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Architecting the Curriculum: You’ll work with me to design a roadmap of webinars that people actually want to attend. You’ll build the lessons that change lives.
• Driving the Marketing: You aren’t just a creator; you’re a strategist. You’ll lead the charge on email funnels, social media hype, and audience acquisition.
• Stepping Into the Spotlight: You’ll be a resident expert on our podcasts and live webinars. You need to be camera-ready, articulate, and able to keep an audience entertained.
• Leading the Vision: You’ll have a seat at the table to help decide where the Komando brand goes next in the multimedia space.

• A Tech Obsessive: You’re the person your friends call when they don’t understand the latest tech news. You know your way around everything from smart homes to the dark web.
• A Natural Performer: You have “The It Factor” on camera. You’re warm, authoritative, and quick on your feet.
• A Driver: You don’t need a to-do list. You see a gap and you fill it. You’re organized, efficient, and possess a startup engine.
• A Local: You must live in (or be ready to move to) the Phoenix area to work in-studio with me.
