Job Title: Architectural Modeler / Architectural Associate (2 Openings)

Location (City, State): Phoenix, AZ

Compensation: $60,000 – $75,000 annually (hourly, overtime eligible)

About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with our client, a well-established and growing architectural firm in Phoenix, to hire two entry-level Architectural Modelers/Associates. Due to an increase in project volume and continued expansion, they are adding to their collaborative design team. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals seeking hands‑on experience in a supportive and engaging office environment.

Job Description:

This is a full-time, entry‑level architectural role supporting project teams with design documentation and production tasks. The selected candidates will contribute to various phases of projects, from early concept support through detailed documentation, while gaining exposure to industry best practices and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Project Managers and senior team members with design development, research, and technical documentation
  • Prepare and revise drawings, models, and construction documents using Revit and related platforms
  • Interpret project requirements, site conditions, and applicable building regulations
  • Assist with assembling drawing sets, details, and specifications for small projects or portions of larger assignments
  • Coordinate with internal team members to ensure accuracy and consistency across deliverables
  • Apply standard architectural methods and drafting techniques to assigned tasks
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to collaborative problem‑solving efforts
Qualifications:
  • 0–3 years of experience in architecture or a related field
  • Working knowledge of Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD
  • Understanding of construction materials, building systems, and basic detailing principles
  • Ability to produce accurate documentation and support coordinated project delivery
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Architecture degree preferred but not required

Preferred:

  • Exposure to visualization or graphic presentation software
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
  • Basic understanding of construction processes

    Direct Hire

    Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (core hours 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
  • Overtime eligible
