Architectural Designer — Phoenix, AZ
K&I Architects & Interiors is seeking a full-time Architectural Designer to support the design team in producing construction documents.
K&I Architects & Interiors L.L.C. is an award-winning, full-service architectural and interior design firm based in Phoenix, Arizona. Our staff provides a broad range of professional services with exceptional performance and attention to detail.

- Monday through Thursday
- Minimum of 3+ years of practical experience in an architectural office, including work on new constructions and tenant improvements
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office and other Windows-based software
- Willing to grow professionally such as pursuing architectural licensure and registration
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a production team
- Capable of coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Well-versed in commonly used architectural and construction concepts, practices and procedures
- Possesses knowledge or experience in construction
- Coordination with consultants and engineers
- Conduct code research
- Prepare design development packages, construction documents, and construction administration services
- Address QA/QC comments and coordinate city submittals and redline responses
- Respond to requests for Information and review shop drawings
- Follow up with the project team to ensure projects stay on schedule
