Landscape Architect – Project Manager (Licensed professional Landscape Architect). Responsible for production, coordination, and supervision of multiple projects, including all aspects of project development from initiation to delivery, ensuring quality, profitability, and timely completion.

• Lead project team activities and manage project initiation, research, materials, site furnishing selections, programming, and conceptualization.
• Coordinate and approve project presentation materials; participate in design review and client presentations.
• Develop project goals and organization plans.
• Prepare consultant agreements and creative solutions that meet client goals.
• Prepare, review, and manage project correspondence, documentation, and presentation materials to meet intent, schedule, and budget.
• Lead and coordinate project and client meetings and communications.
• Oversee CAD document production and coordinate drawings; prepare project specifications.
• Produce documents within established fee budget and schedule; review takeoffs, cost estimates, and manage project budgets.
• Review, approve, and seal construction documents; adhere to RVi Quality Control review process.
• Direct Construction Administration activities and make site visits.
• Approve project reprographics and printed materials.
• Manage project budget and provide monthly updates to leadership.
• Delegate tasks effectively to Staff Designers, Staff Planners, and Student Interns.

• Landscape Architecture degree from an accredited BLA or MLA university program.

• Registered Landscape Architect and CLARB certification.

• 5–10 years of experience in a private‑sector design or planning office.
• Advanced AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch Up, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Advanced contract document layout and production knowledge.
• Advanced hand and digital rendering skills.
