We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Architect with a minimum of 15 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept through construction.
- Manage project teams, schedules, budgets, and client communications.
- Oversee the preparation of construction documents and ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders throughout all project phases.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative studio culture.
- Participate in business development efforts, including proposals, interviews, and client presentations.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to firm standards and best practices.
- Licensed Architect in Arizona; NCARB certification required.
- Minimum 15 years of professional architectural experience.
- Proven experience in leading complex projects across various sectors (commercial, institutional, educational, civic).
- Proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, construction methods, and sustainable design practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Project Management experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- LEED Accreditation or other sustainability credentials.
- Experience with Design-Build or Integrated Project Delivery (IPD).
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical expertise.
