What You'll Do

You'll take ownership of the full design journey-from early concepts to final execution-while collaborating with a talented, mission-driven team.

* Lead healthcare design projects including programming, space planning, and specifications

* Partner with clients to understand needs and deliver thoughtful, impactful solutions

* Create conceptual designs, block plans, and detailed drawings (AutoCAD)

* Conduct product research and ensure design accuracy and compliance

* Present ideas in client meetings, RFPs, and project interviews

* Collaborate across teams to elevate healthcare expertise and outcomes

* Mentor and support the growth of other designers

* Help drive innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement in workflows

What You Bring

* 10+ years of design experience, including 5+ years in healthcare design

* Bachelor's degree in design or a related field

* Strong knowledge of contract furniture and healthcare environments

* Proficiency in AutoCAD and space planning

* Confidence leading meetings, presentations, and client conversations

* A problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

* A collaborative spirit and passion for mentoring others
