Senior Designer

What You’ll DoYou’ll take ownership of the full design journey—from early concepts to final execution—while collaborating with a talented, mission-driven team.
- Lead design projects including programming, space planning, and specifications
- Partner with clients to understand needs and deliver thoughtful, impactful solutions
- Create conceptual designs, block plans, and detailed drawings (AutoCAD)
- Conduct product research and ensure design accuracy and compliance
- Present ideas in client meetings, RFPs, and project interviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and employees to improve expertise and outcomes
- Mentor and support the growth of other designers
- Help drive innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement in workflows
Your work will directly influence building environments—making them safer, more efficient, and more human-centered. You’ll help reduce waste, improve workflows, and create spaces that support people.
What You Bring- 5 years experience in a similar or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field
- Strong product and technical knowledge of major contract furniture manufacturers
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and space planning
- Confidence leading meetings, presentations, and client conversations
- A problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- A collaborative spirit and passion for mentoring others
